1. Free Shipping Nationwide
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden surcharges, or structural delivery fees calculated at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Transit Timeframes
Our operational pipeline is strictly divided into two distinct phase clear cycles:
- Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding US national holidays). This covers payment verification, quality checks, sorting, and secure packing. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will commence processing the following business day.
- Transit Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration from our fulfillment network center to your designated delivery address.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: 8 to 16 business days from the moment your order is successfully placed.
3. Shipment Tracking
Every order is shipped using verified third-party carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Once your package is handed over to the courier, a automated shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking link and a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.
4. Address Changes and Cancellations
We work efficiently to process orders quickly. If you need to modify your delivery address or cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@comfoa.shop within 12 hours of placement. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot alter or recall shipments once they enter the transit cycle.
5. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within our stated 13-business-day transit window, or if the tracking history indicates "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our customer care team at info@comfoa.shop. We will open an official investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue via replacement or refund within 48 hours.
