1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the exact date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and packed in the original retail packaging with all protective films and inserts intact.

2. 100% Free Returns (No Restocking Fees)

We believe in transparency. There are no restocking fees and no return shipping fees for our customers. If you wish to initiate a return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at absolutely zero cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at info@comfoa.shop with your Order Number (e.g., #COMFOA1001) and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send a prepaid return shipping label and detailed drop-off instructions to your email.
  3. Print the label, securely affix it to the original package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be tracked and processed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at info@comfoa.shop within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and clear photographic proof. We will arrange a complementary replacement or immediate full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return package is received at our facility, it undergoes an inspection within 2 business days.
  • Approval & Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Timeframe: We guarantee to process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, gift cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
